  1. Big Eddie says:

    That last one…

    trollface.jpg?!

  2. PhL says:

FYI, the pictures of Matt Smith & Billie Piper are from “Secret Diary of a Call Girl”, series 1, episode 6.

  3. dude says:

Old Doctor Who is you know, gay, so probably wouldn’t really be that upset

  4. DAMNyeah says:

    who are theese men?!

    • huh? says:

Matt Smith=Current Doctor in Doctor Who/Tim in Secret Diary of a Call-girl (also starring Billie Piper who played Rose in Doctor Who.

David Tennant=Previous Doctor in Doctor Who. His doctor was obsessed with Rose, and all things, rose. Even when Rose wasn’t in the show, that’s all the Doctor would obsess over.

      I hate Rose.

      • BAReFOOt says:

What you just said, has this structure:
Matt (Smith=Current) Doctor in (Doctor (Who/Tim) in Secret Diary of a Call-girl (also starring Billie Piper who played Rose in Doctor Who).

        • Who is Matt Doctor and why is he nicknamed “Smith is Current”?
        • Which Doctor is Who/Tim? I can’t remember such a role in “Secret Diary of a Call-girl”.
        • Where does that bracket end? After he second paragraph.

That’s not right. That’s not even wrong.
Learn to use spaces as a form of punctuation.

Also, I know why you hate Rose: Because she’d never let a failure like you even touch her.

        • Jamienra says:

It makes sense. stop being such a nazi.

        • Sylvie says:

Matt Smith, the actor, plays the current doctor (as in ‘the current avatar’ of the character named ‘the doctor’) and also apparently happened to play a guy named Tim in the show ‘Secret Diary of a Call girl’

What he/she wrote was perfectly clear. I don’t see the problem. Unless you’ve never heard of Doctor Who, and thus are not familiar with the concept of an alien that regenerates into another version of himself, in which case how come you’re commenting on someone else’s appreciation of Rose, a character you’ve then never heard about?

(and I’m right there with hating Rose because having half the storylines in season 4 and 5 taken up with the Doctor angsting about Rose was bo-ring, plus she was an empty-headed chav)

        • Crystal Dragon Jesus says:

“• Where does that bracket end? After he second paragraph.”

          It’s the, not he.
          Idiot.

        • huh? says:

I love trolls. They make me smile.

        • L says:

          Seriously?

And also, who writes things that are slashed with spaces in between?

Doctor Who / Tim looks stupid compared to Doctor Who/Tim. Go do something useful with your time. We’re all prone to typos (even a pompous jerk like you).

        • K8sMum says:

gawd! don’t you have anything better to do with your time? it is pretty clear to anyone reading it without rancor…or trying to be obtuse.

how was he hating rose? i have watched the doctor since tom baker. i loved david tennant, but the angst/sadness/whining even got to me.

matt smith is a good step back to what the doctor is: quirky, not completely comfortable passing as human. eccleston was great in that he brought people back to the series, but smith is doing a fine job of creating ‘his’ doctor’s incarnation.

      • MadMabz says:

        I liked Rose.
I hate Amy, shes just a tramp with the attention span of a goldfish.

        • TheDoctor'sDaughter says:

          Agreed!
          Rose and Donna are brilliant!
Martha was a bit dull, though…

        • Gattler says:

          Amy is literally a stripper

          • me says:

            i think you’ll find she’s a “kissogram”
            which is totally different.

I was never a fan of rose, myself. she was just too whiny. I loved Martha and Donna, and i like Amy too.

        • The10thIsBest says:

Definitely! Donna was my favourite since she kicked so much arse, and I loved the relationship between the 10th and Rose. She was awesome too.

          • Nerdgirl says:

I love Donna because she wasn’t sexually interested in the doctor at any point plus the doctor-donna was awesome

            • ryaven says:

              Doctor Donna!!! :D

Also, I may be one of the few people who likes Martha. I thought it was cool that an intelligent woman was his companion and that she made the conscious decision to leave instead of getting her heart completely broken. At least she didn’t end up a hollow husk of the person she was before and made a life for herself afterward.

  5. L)Ve says:

    Doctor Who

  6. IfyoureadthisIwin says:

It’s true, Amy Pond is indeed hot….

  7. Josien says:

Well, there are some nice David-fans out there.. I’m one of them, by the way… I think Rose is overrated, she wasn’t better than other companions. I mean, Martha was smarter, Donna more funny and Amy is prettier!

    • GinnyPotter02 says:

Martha may have been smart, but man, she was so annoying!

    • YESSSS!!!! says:

totally rite on that! Tennant is the best looking Doctor of all time! not sure about Amy being pretty but still better than Rose

    • Dioxie says:

But Rose was the only one the Doctor was in love with, and I loved to see that he was finally able to open up and be in love with someone. Who didn’t?

      • TheFoot says:

You obviously forget Romana 1 and the 4th Doctor, something was definitely going on with those two (and then you had the tom Baker also marrying the Romana 2 actress).

Also dont forget Susan was the Doctors granddaughter, and as such he had to have had a wife prior to that… so Rose is hardly his first or last.

Personally I think the Moffs Doctor Who is way more DW than RTD’s was sure he brought it back to the screen, but it was nothing but Eastenders with time machines and a monster of the week. At least now its not all ‘Audience must cry here please’, ‘pull a solution out of fantasy at the last minute’, ‘gurning’ and ‘lets trump the last seasons clifhanger in the stupidist way possible’…

Good riddance to Tennant, RTD and Billy Piper, and long may Matts tenure be… and thank god we have a proper normal, regular male companion in the Tardis.

Oh and favorite Doctor for me was old sixie, Colin Baker, heavily underrated and much maligned for no actual reason… hope they bring him back for the 50th so he can have one last hurra!

        • ZarathustraLogan says:

Finally, someone that I can agree with!!

        • How dare you says:

Colin Baker??? COLIN Baker??!?!?! Blasphemy!! A pox on your whole family; a pox, I say! The only Doctor worse and COLIN Baker was his replacement.

Tom Baker and Sarah Jane Smith all the way.

      • adamas says:

You forget River Song is the Doctor’s Future/Past wife. (I must admit to missing this past season so I’m not sure what’s been happening >_<)

        • Time Lady Victorious says:

She is NOT his wife, lol. Steven Moffat said “She is not who everyone thinks she is,” therefore people need to use their imaginations and come up with something that isn’t the obvious, he’s tricking the unimaginative fans.
          I think she’s his mum, lol. x

        • Bloodyneptune says:

She isn’t his wife, as far as we know. She just knows him in some capacity in the future. We should find out this season

  8. JN says:

I dislike both Rose and Amy. However, I love Martha (saving the day with just her wits and stories) and Donna. I think Ten had it better.

    • Ray says:

I always hated Martha. She was the most boring companion.

    • Time Lady Victorious says:

I didn’t like Martha much, either. Donna and Amy are my favorites, and it’s NOT just because they’re BAMF gingers.

    • The10thIsBest says:

Martha was a pain in the neck. All she really did was run around screaming and complain that the Doctor didn’t love her despite that (non romantic) kiss when they met. Get over it!

  9. Mark E. DeSade says:

Everyone knows Chris Eccleston is the real Doctor.

  10. OMG says:

Well that girl had a hot body, but her face was fugly and her acting was awfull D:

  11. doyareallywannaknow? says:

You people seem to forget a man name Jack Harkness.
    Now there is a player.

  12. ... says:

that picture is so ugly it’s giving me nightmare, even the edward pixie pedo stare isn’t this creepy

  13. Jack says:

Captain jack harkness. such an awesome character, so is captain jack sparrow, hmmm… Captain jack. Must be the name, even though they are probably both gayer than a pro wrestler.

  14. El Roberto says:

When are people going to learn that Dr. Who doesn’t make a funny meme? Nobody cares about stupid Dr. Who or that dalek crap that geeks post.

And note to BBC: Stop producing and broadcasting Dr. Who. It is dumb.

  15. Pythosblaze says:

    Matt makes a lovely trollface.

  16. meh says:

David Tennant will always be my doctor

  17. Time Lady Victorious says:

Ohoho. You, Mr. Tennant, just got owned big-time.
Plus, if Matt stays on for as long as Tom Baker did, he’ll have like 3x the amount of fangirls David Tennant ever had. People only like him so much because he was the Doctor for so long, people saw the new episodes and since he was the first actor they saw play him, and enjoyed the show, they’ll automatically put him as their favorite.
    Hey, it makes sense.
(Except me, of course, I started with Chris and Matt’s my Doc. <3)

    • The10thIsBest says:

I saw Christopher Eccleston’s season first and I still love David Tennant to bits. I loved his whimsical and yet effective portrayal of the doctor, and think it will be VERY difficult for Matt Smith to measure up to him.

      <3 the magical Tennant eyebrows.

    • Pythosblaze says:

I started with Eccleson’s Doctor and loved him up until about Episode 3 of series 2. I adore both Tennant and Smith. My only regret about Tennant’s era was the writing. Stephen Moffat is a MUCH better writer than RTD.

      I miss Ten’s expressions D:

  18. Olivia says:

Okay, people have GOT to stop hating on actors and the characters that they play. If you want to change Doctor Who, move to Wales and be one of the writers (though the show would probably be total crap if that happened). The writers, cast and crew throw everything they’ve got into that show, and it’s not your place to put them down so magnificently. I’m not saying you can’t have an opinion, but just BE NICE!!!!

    • emma says:

damn martha. She was was such a low point in DT’s reign.

    • K8sMum says:

those new to the series seem to have a hard time coping with the new incarnations…those of us who have been watching for a long time have grown used to losing our fav doctor and having to move on to a new one. i have gone back and read forums where matt smith was sooo trashed when the choice was first announced. now he is getting (and rightfully so) praise for his take on the character. i have seen posters post terrible things to each other in ‘defense’ of different companions…it’s quite funny actually, except that they all seem to know what’s best and no one else’s opinion is worth anything.

    • Bloodyneptune says:

Everyone has ‘their’ doctor. Its what makes it fun. Its part of being a fan

  19. wtfdwfanftw says:

    Point challanger!

  20. dave says:

ive never seen this show :)

  21. Vulpis says:

*sigh* I miss Leela, myself. Skimpy leather and Janus Thorns solve everything! :-)

  22. teleportingfatguy says:

    11/Rose shippers UNITE!!!!!

    • The10thIsBest says:

11/Rose? How in the name of TARDIS would that happen?

      10/Rose all the way :D

      • HNNG- says:

11/Rose would happen if the walls between the Universes were to fall again and Handy would eventually merge with the Doctor, or die, or something else.

  23. Fruitboxen says:

I don’t wanna be a hater..but this new doctor has a pedo bear face..just saying..I’m just glad I can still watch the 9th and 10th in reruns, but sadly I haven’t found a station that airs the old series :(

  24. Rebecca says:

David Tennant is my Doctor. Always. Sod Matt Smith, he’s not as good an actor as the wonderful David :)
    He’s also not as sexy.

  25. Tuiteyfruity says:

I am more of a fan of Matt Smith than David Tennent

    • Ruyter says:

When I first started watching the 5th season I was all ready to hate on Matt Smith. By the end of the 5th season I had fallen in love.

I’ve found that it is possible to love both 10 and 11 at the same time. The walls of time and space haven’t fallen apart yet…

  26. blackdraognfly says:

Karen Gillan >>>>> Billie the Piper

  27. dood says:

Tennant annoyed me so much, I’m glad that he’s gone; and in my opinion, I think Smith is a better actor for the role of the Doctor. ;)

  28. FTW says:

Tennant was the best. He had the best humor. When the season ended with that stupid guy who had a normal screw driver for a ‘sonic screw driver’, I was SO mad. They should have kept David, and yes, I know they couldn’t because it moves to a different Doctor and all, but still…

    • HNNG- says:

He was not stupid, he only was a bloke from Victorian era England who thought he was the Doctor cause he opened a Cybus infostamp the wrong way. And with nothing of the Doctor’s technology.

  29. Teh_shadz says:

And if anyone has watched Christopher and His Kind, He doesn’t just get the ladies…… if Yo know whudda mean >:3

    • Sarah Louise says:

dfffffff Freakin’ movie isn’t out yet in the States.
But sweet mercy do I heart Smith’s face in the last panel. Adorably smug.

  30. AnonAnne says:

Matt is the cutest guy in a bow tie!

  31. VoidWalker says:

Ten will probably always be My Doctor (you never forget your first!), but, honestly, Eleven is so adorable and endearing, he won me over far more quickly than I ever imagined he could, and accordingly, he comes in a close second. I had severe doubts about him at first, but I now greatly enjoy him AND his style. Anyone who can make bow ties and fezzes cool has panache and charisma to spare. I love them both, for different reasons. But, I love them both.

Nine I enjoyed after a bit. He kinda grew on me, but, having been shown “Blink” as my first experience, I sometimes found myself waiting him out.

I generally count the classic series apart for the sake of simplicity, and I’m quite a particular fan of Two, Four and Five.

  32. timelord907 says:

honstley guys?!? i love mattm sith and david tennant, both. i just prefer matt smith cos hes whom i see on tv now, and i dont kno wats gunna happen with him all the time.
