There is also a Dreamwork’s “Im going crazy” move. Where they hold their arms up on about 5-inches up-and-away diagonally from their head, and move their hands in a circle (Think: Monkey) while shrugging their head down, and then when they finish what they are saying, they throw their arms down and their face turns into surprised and head not shrugged down anymore.

    Its on all their movies.

  11. TheBigBrainAmWinningAgain says:

Oh my god. I always sensed something was deeply wrong about Dreamworks movies, but never managed to pin it down since I’ve been used to their existence over the years. I mean, being crap was part of it — but now I realise the real truth behind it all. THE HORROR. THE. HORROR.

  12. BlastFromThePast says:

It’s a facial expression that Benny Hill used to make at least once an episode.

  17. Alice Craig says:

This kind of thing is what makes animation such a cliche’.In animation, Anything is possible, and yet many times it is limited by past successes and conventionality. Recommend “Spike and Ike”

  18. Lemmy says:

    Also, Elizabeth Sarnoff.

  19. cindy says:

  22. jessipup says:

duuuude I make this face all the time!!! It’s this genetic thing in my dads family.. we all have lop-sided smiles

  23. Mercutio1975 says:

LOL! I’ve never heard of the term dreamworks face, but as soon as I did I knew exactly what they were talking about. BTW, who ever came up with the idea of listening to Jerry Seinfeld for 90 minutes straight should be castrated and fed the cuttings.

  24. exa says:

wait, when did it have the face?
oh it was when toothless was trying to emulate a human smile right? I think they were actually making fun of their own dreamworks face in that scene.
