Who the hell is Dorothy?
Dorothy, from the Wizard of Oz. Vivian Leigh, who played Scarlett, bears a strong resemblance to Judy Garland, who played Dorothy. The creator just got mixed up.

Vivien Leigh played Scarlett O’Hara in “Gone With the Wind.” Judy Garland played Dorothy Gale in “The Wizard of Oz.” Yes, they came out in the same year, but that’s no excuse for mistaking Leigh/O’Hara for Garland/Gale.

Thank God I’m not the only sane person, in the fact that I know her name isn’t Dorthy… and all you’d have to do is google ‘Gone with the Wind’ to figure out her real name. My guess is the person who made this didn’t even know what movie it was from.
While the premise was funny, it would have been much funnier had this moron used the correct name… having Rhett call Scarlett “Dorothy” totally distracted me from the funneh!

It think that the author intentionally had Rhett say “Dorothy” as a kind of derogatory form of address.
You know, due to similar hairstyle / clothing, etc.

I think he’s talking to ‘Dorothy’ a.k.a. Judy Garland because she was offered the female lead role for Gone with the Wind but she declined because she was working on Wizard of Oz.
While this information about Vivien Leigh is true, I seriously don’t think the creator of this comic even really knew that fact. That, or they just wanted everyone and their mother to be like “Oh no no no. That is Scarlett!” to cause this kind of commotion.
